Leadership Training
We are committed to providing our program participants with an experience that is professional, impactful and safe. We are also committed to creating volunteer service opportunities for our weekend graduates. With these goals in mind, we have developed a series of training programs for men who would like to join our weekend leadership teams and are interested in facilitating our Personal Growth Groups. Each training is taught by our consultants and senior leaders, many of whom are licensed mental health professionals. Each training points the way towards specific leadership opportunities for the men who participate.
