Refund Policy

This online refund policy tells you about the refund policy of Victories of the Heart. If you have any questions about our refund policy, you can e-mail us at admin@victoriesoftheheart.org.

If a cancellation notice is received more than two weeks before the start of a weekend, Victories will refund all payments less $190.
If a cancellation notice is received within two weeks (but more than two days before) the start of a weekend, Victories will refund all payments less $290.
There are no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of a weekend.

Victories of the Heart does not offer professional services that would subject it to regulation or registration by any state or professional licensing body.
